We are sorry but we do not offer Gluten Free Products. Please be advised that foods prepared at SRH Baking Company may contain these ingredients: Milk, Eggs, Wheat, Soybean, Peanuts, Tree Nuts, Fish and Shellfish.

We offer shipping for our Sophisticated Kernels only. We do not ship any of our other products, they are available for delivery and/or pickup. See the Shipping/Delivery Section of the FAQs. Sophisticated Kernels will be shipped on a weekly basis on Thursdays.

We offer delivery of our products within a 15-mile radius for a $15 fee. If your delivery address is outside of the 15-mile radius, pick up is required. Products requiring pick up will be done so at: The Ferguson Municipal Public Library, 35 N Florissant Rd. Ferguson, MO 63135.

We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for an order, preferably 72 hours. Occasionally we may be able to take an order with less notice, but the 48-72 hour window gives us time to ensure that we have prepared your order with our best care. Please note that Monogram cupcake boxes require a minimum of 3 weeks notice as we need time to purchase the monogram letter and prepare the box to your customizations.

Sophisticated Kernels will be shipped each week on Thursdays. Orders must be received by noon on Mondays in order to meet the Thursday shipping date. Any Sophisticated Kernels orders received after noon on Monday will be shipped on Thursday of the following week.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer cash refunds. We will work with you to replace or correct your product should there be an issue caused by SRH Baking Company.
